What types of plants are good for a small Terrarium?

I'm just starting a new terrarium and am unsure as to what types of plants to use. I know I want an African Violet, but am unsure as to what else would look nice. Any thoughts?

at the web site below you can look up your african violet and then click on more like this and get a list of all the plants that groe under the same conditions and they have great pix and info
Reply:dwarf mondo grass, grows in small clumps
Reply:What about Ivy? I love Ivy. Devil's Ivy is a hearty and fairly quick grower. I enjoy wrapping the vines around other plants or around windows. Just one cutting will grow super long.
Reply:pot plants
Reply:How about Mini Phalenopsis Silk Orchid Plant.
Reply:I'm guessing this is a small-sized terrarium that is like a large fishbowl?

If so, small cacti(cactus) would be good here, if you like that type of plant. There are tons of varieties you can get and they all are very unique and can look very plain to exotic and colorful(blooms)
Reply:Oak Trees.
