Do ultra violet rays from the sun heat the planet?

Yes, eventually. Even visible light does. Any radiation that is absorbed by any body will eventually be transformed to heat in part or in whole. Some of the energy may be stored as chemical changes, as plants do.

Do ultra violet rays from the sun heat the planet?
Indirectly. Most ultra-violet is absorbed primarily by ozone in the upper atmosphere. Some reaches the surface to sunburn us. But even the ozone absorbed UV heats the atmosphere where some mixing with gasses from lower down heats the planet.
