How to remove this vein mark appearing on my face?

I've just noticed that some vein marks are appearing on my cheeks. Though they aren't that visible, I want them out of my face! How should I remove these? They're like violet spider webs. What things should I do to remove these? Help please

Reply:You can have them removed with needles - but its dammed painful. Start treating your skin with respect to stop more appearing!
Reply:just covering with make up isnt going to resolve the problem. first of all these veins on the cheek area are mostly caused by dehydration of the skin. avoid using sunbed,sauna and steamroom till u get them looked after..the best way which is called diatharmy its cheap painless and long lasting,,,hope this helps good luck.
