Violet Goby (dragon fish)?
This would not be a good combination. Dragon gobies are brackish fish and need salt added to their water to be healthy. They naturally live in estuaries where freshwater meets the ocean, and while they can move into freshwater for a time, they will return to the mix. Anytime I've known people who've tried to keep them in freshwater, they've become stressed, developed fungal infections, and have died.

Add to that that they're on the shy side, and feed mostly at night (your goldfish would probably steal its food).

The dragon goby is a fish that's best kept in a species tank set up just for it.
