technically, adultery is a crime in most states. I have not seen it enforced in quite a while. Divorce is likely but prosecution is not. There is a very rare type of suit called alientation of affections that could arise if you induced a married man to abandon his familly for you. I would say the biggest risk is from the partners, via AIDS, other std's, assault, etc.
Can a married woman be sued for having sex with other men? does it violet laws to have sex she likes?
Yes. Adultery is still a crime in most states.
Reply:Yes he can if she give him a disease, which is considered an assault.. especially a disease that is incurable..
Reply:If adultery were illegal almost all of our leaders would be in jail. It's not illegal, just immoral.

A married woman may be sued for divorce by the husband she is deceiving and in some states noted in the link above her lover may be sued for alienation of affection.
Married people who cheat are trash- why would you want someone that lies to their spouse- they'll just lie to you.
Reply:Depends. Some states still have anti-adultery legislation on the books. I think the more common charge is alienation of affections.
Reply:Sued, not likely, divorced, very likely.
